Echo Canyon

Attention Echo Canyon climbers!

As of 4/18/2018, there is a pair of red-tailed hawks showing nesting behavior near the nest at the choss cave in Echo Canyon. Please consider avoiding this area to give these birds the space they need to make their breeding attempt for the year. Hawkwatch International / SLCA climber volunteers will continue to monitor this nest and give you updates on its status.

The Golden Eagle nest near the Roadside Crag was also checked and is not active this year.
